What is a family tradition? A family tradition is something that you do with your family that is passed down from generation to generation. In February, my family has a very big tradition for Super Bowl Sunday. We have a barbeque “throw down” to see who can make the tastiest ribs and we watch the Super Bowl. This tradition was started almost twenty years ago. I would like to carry on this tradition until I die!

Many families have their own traditions repeated every year. Some traditions are new and have only been repeated a few times. Others have been repeated for as long as the family can remember, like mine. In my family, we celebrate New Year’s Day the traditional Korean way- bowing for money and eating special new year’s soup. We have been doing it ever since my brother was a baby. It is part of my dad’s Korean culture and it’s very important to him and his side of the family.

Many families have different traditions but I think my family has the best. My family tradition is going camping every summer and going on tour once every 1-2 years. I think it’s the best because I get to spend some family time with my dad. He works a lot so probably summer is the best time to go camping. Camping is pretty fun when you get use to all the adventure there is. You can actually be free when u camp because nature is all around and you can explore places once you go camping.

Family Traditions All over the country, many families have their own traditions. Some are so important that they are even passed down to the next generation. My family's traditions are related with Christmas. We all come together and celebrate Christmas no matter where we are at For example, one of my family's tradition is that my family gets a new ornament for Christmas. We buy new ornaments and put it on our tree. I think it has been going on for about 2 years already. We get a new special one every year. I hope later on I can still continue this tradition. Another Christmas tradition I celebrate with my family is making tamales before Christmas . 2 days before Christmas we prepare the tamales . Then on Christmas eve,we all have dinner with the family. Making the tamales with the family brings us all together. . My last tradition is black friday . Every year some of us go shopping. That is if we are really committed to waking up early in the morning rather than sleeping off Thanksgiving dinner. Every one gets so excited for their great deals on items they bought. Thats the whole point of black friday. Trying to get as much Christmas presents as possible. . Many families have their own Christmas traditions. Well some. Traditions brings families together. We all bond with each other . Tradition can be new and cool old or old and lame. Even weird and embarrassing tradition. All-in-all ,traditions are made for family .

Almost every family of every culture or religion have religions. A feast pn Thanksgiving, a big celebration on Cinco De Mayo- you name it. My family, just like many others, have a tradition too. My traditions lie on Chinese New Year. Chinese New Year is a huge deal to my family. We take about a week for a humungous amount of preparation, and the celebration on the actual day of Chinese New Year is great.

Every year families have their own special tradition. My family happens to do things on thanksgiving. There are many other things we do but this is the one I remember the most. There are many reasons why I enjoy thanksgiving with my family.

Many families have different traditions that make them each special and unique. These traditions are passed down from generation to generation, and from there it continues to the next. For my family, our tradition is to have a Christmas tree for Christmas. Although this tradition has recently started I like to continue this. It may also seem pretty common for most families, but it is still special to every family who is continuing this tradition.

Every family has their own traditions, even if it is something as simple as getting cake for a birthday. In my family, one of our traditions is to give red envelopes during Chinese New Year. Like in many families, the adults in my family give red envelopes to the children. The concept to this tradition is rather simple. However, I look forward to it every year because Chinese New Year is one of the few holidays that my family actually celebrates.

Many families have traditions that are repeated and passed on. However, my family’s tradition is very cliché. In my family, we have a special celebration at the end of the year during Winter Break. We celebrate Christmas and New Year at Arizona. Arizona is where 3 of our closest families live. That’s why we always go there to celebrate. We usually stay the day before Christmas and leave the day after New Year. All families go together everywhere.

Many families have traditions that have been passed on for generations. Each family has their own special tradition. It can be be big things such as inviting the whole family over for a special dinner or even something small, like having a special ornament that you put on the top of the Christmas tree every year. Every year, my family does something special for Chinese New Year.

Traditions are something that you do continually that are passed down from generations to another. In my family we have a lot of traditions, but two of the most important ones to use are Christmas and Christmas Eve. Every year we always do the same thing with each other.

My family has many traditions like for Christmas. For Christmas my family starts putting up the Christmas tree and decorates the house. This tradition was started by my family and started to become a big tradition. This tradition is very exciting when Christmas comes.

All over the world, there are traditions that are passed down from generation to generation. Some of these various traditions would be done annually or even as frequent as every day. An annual tradition for my family is when we celebrate Christmas. For this special holiday, my family would celebrate in a large gathering of family and friends. Giving presents to each other isn't always a “tradition” for most people, but for my family, it’s like a must-do tradition. Christmas is just like another Halloween, but passes out candy canes and chocolate in stockings instead of trick-or-treating around the neighborhood.

Many famalies have traditions that are on to the next generation. In my family we always make tamales for Christmas. My family always goes to church and prays to our passed family members. My grandparents, aunts, and my mom make hot chocolate, tamales, and horchata.

Many families have traditions such as Chinese New Year and a Thanksgiving feast or something like that. Each and every family has a different tradition that gets passed down and gets done every year and some don't have a tradition either. In my family we always do the same exact things on New Year's Eve but sometimes things get added to it. It's been a tradition that my family started when I was about 10, so my family has done this for about 3 years. It's always fun to see your loved ones after a long while and see how they've been after all this time. I like seeing the little kids being hyper and enjoying their Winter Break with their other cousins. We take our time to think about what we want to do because every year there is always a twist to the party. But each and every year we always do one thing, my family members get together and eat our most favorite things and spend our time together to celebrate the new year with each other.

Many families have traditions that are passed on to the next generation. On Christmas Eve, my family does many things to celebrate the holiday season. Some common, like listening to Christmas music, some different like opening presents at midnight. All families have their traditions, but these are mine.

Many families practice important traditions that are passed down from one generation to another. In my family, we celebrate the Chinese New Year annually. Every year, my family will gather up and eat a dinner with specific foods on the New Year’s Eve. On the 1st day of the Chinese New Year, we will stay at home and decorate our house. The next few days, we will visit our relatives and friends with joy. Chinese New Year Celebration is not only is a significant tradition for my family, but also a time of gladness and rejoicing.

Many families have different traditions that they celebrate. Some celebrate it yearly, others celebrate the tradition more than once a year. Most families have their children pass down their special tradition of holidays and important dates. Plenty of family celebrate holidays like Chinese New Year or Cinco de Mayo. Each family has different ways of celebration.

In my family we started a new family tradition two years ago near Chirstmas. When we had winter break my family would all go to Disneyland. The tradtion started two years ago, it was december 21 i was woken up ar six o clock in the moring by my cousin Tiffany. She came to pick up my sister, my cousins, and me. She didnt say where we were going, or why she woke us up. She drove us to her house and ate breakfast. The breakfast gave me a cule of where we where going because they were Mickey mouse pancakes. After breakfast we all got in to the van and i wasn't sure what happen next because i fell asleep, but I knew that we were driving for a long time because when i woke up it was around 8. When I woke up we were at Disneyland, the others were more surprise than me because i found out during breakfast. At disney land we went on nearly all the rides and ate churros. This was not only the first of a new tradition, but my first time at Disneyland. I hope to continue this family tradition because it creates a lot of memories and it is fun.
